Transcripts and Records
Order and receive your official transcripts online. The National Student Clearinghouse (NSC) offers a secure and fast online ordering system that makes sending transcripts easy and efficient.
Orders can be placed 24/7, including on weekends and holidays, with credit or debit card payments processed directly through the National Student Clearinghouse.
Please note: National Student Clearinghouse fees are paid directly to them, not WCCCD. Your card will only be charged after your order has been completed. All charges are non-refundable.
How to Request an Official Transcript
Follow the instructions for ordering official transcripts using My Wildcat Portal:
- Log into your My Wildcat Portal (using your Office 365 SSO).
- Click on Order Official Transcript card.
- Follow the provided instructions to complete your order.
Go to the secure website. Follow the step-by-step instructions to place your order. After completing an order you will receive email and/or text notifications with order updates.
Utilize the . You will need the transcript order number sent in your order confirmation email and the email address you used to place the order.

You may view and print unofficial transcripts using your My Wildcat Portal online account. Instructions for viewing transcripts using My Wildcat Portal:
- Log into your My Wildcat Portal (using your Office 365 SSO).
- Under Student Records card.
- Click on View Unofficial Transcript.
- Select Transcript Level using the pull-down: All Levels.
- Transcript Type: select Unofficial Transcript.
- Click Submit – your unofficial academic transcript will be displayed on the screen.
You must reconcile any outstanding balances before student can view their unofficial transcript or request an official transcript online. You may pay on their account from My Wildcat Portal. Once your payment has been successfully processed, the hold is automatically removed from your account.
